Amnesty Tónar 35 ár

2026 marks 35 years since the release of the "Amnesty Tónar" album. To celebrate this milestone, a special jubilee concert will be held at Reinsaríið in Tórshavn.

The "Amnesty Tónar" album is an important landmark in the musical and cultural life of the Faroe Islands. The songs about hope, freedom and justice, which once resonated from cassette tapes and radio stations across the country, will come to life again.

Most of the musicians who performed on the original release will participate, and some tracks will be presented in new interpretations.

The event is dedicated to the values of freedom, peace and good music, gathering people together in their support.
