Just a few metres from the spectacular beach of Intendance in South Mahé, Coté Sud is a private villa with two separate dépandances situated in the midst of lush vegetation and tropical gardens. The main villa, Gli Aranci, spans 255 square metres with two bedrooms, while Fiori di Maggio (110sqm), a comfortable bungalow, and Il Girasole (60sqm), a smaller dépandance, are nestled comfortably within the natural surroundings of the property.

All of the villas have been hand-finished with Italian mosaic adorning the walls of the bathrooms and custom-flooring with Italian “cotto” alternating with the distinctive “Takamaka” wood of Seychelles. The Coté Sud property also has one of the few coco de mer trees that can be found on Mahé.
